Procedure to Prepare Capsicum Rice:

Capsicum Rice IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash onion, capsicum and green chili and chop into required size. Keep aside.

Step 2: Take a mixer add cashew nuts and garlic cloves grind it well prepare thick paste. Transfer it into a clean bowl and set aside.

Step 3: Take a vessel pour oil add clove fry it for 5 seconds then add chopped onions and green chilli fry till it gets the golden brown color.

Capsicum Rice RecipeStep 4: And add cumin seeds powder, garam masala and chopped capsicum mix very well together and fry it till raw aroma goes off.

Step 5: Now add prepared paste blend it well and sauté it for 3 minutes now add boiled rice and required quantity of salt mix in between for every 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 6: Finally add chopped coriander mix very well cook it for 1 minute after that capsicum rice is cooked switch off the heat.

Step 7: Serve warm with onion raita.
