Procedure to prepare Sago Halwa:
Step 1: Take vessel
pour ghee add sago fry it 1 minute and set aside.
Step 2: In the same
vessel add some more ghee and add cashew nuts fry till it turns the golden
brown transfer it into a bowl. Now add the grated dry coconut fry it for about
1 minute in normal flame.
Step 3: Finally add
them milk and sugar mix it very well allow to cook and add sago blend it well and
sauté till it forms the thick liquid Now add the fried cashew nuts and cardamom
powder and mix it together after that turn off the heat.
