Step 1: Firstly peel the banana take a bowl add
bananas and mash it very well now add grated jiggery, rice flour and Maida once
mashed a bit and add them water mix it well together
and make a smooth paste.
Step 2: Heat a non-stick
pan heat in 1 minute rub it with onion piece or a drop off ghee now pour
prepared batter apply around dose fry for both side. And pour some ghee drops
on top of the dosa.
Step 3: Try and Serve
