- Pasta – 1 cup
- Water – 3 cups
- Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
- Chopped carrot (finely grated) – ½ cup
- Chopped tomato – ½ cup
- Onions – ½ cup
- Chopped green chilies – 1 table spoon
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
- Cheese – 3 tablespoons
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves chopped – 5 tablespoons
Making of cheese pasta:
- Step1: Take a pan and add three cups of water and one cup of pasta and 1 tablespoon oil, boil it about 8 minutes until it become soft.
- Step2: Remove the excess water in pasta
- Step3: Take a pan add 3 tablespoons cheese, add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, and add 6 tablespoons of water then sauté this mixture.
- Step4: Now add chopped carrot, chopped tomato, add ½ tablespoon of sugar, and add garam masala powder mix this well
- Step5: Now add pasta and toss everything together.
- Step6: Garnish this hot pasta with chopped coriander leaves and finely grated cheese.
