Way to prepare Cauliflower Roti:

Step 1: Firstly clean and wash the cauliflower soaked in warm water then set it aside.

Step 2: Take a pan pour water add soaked cauliflower cook it for about 10 minutes.

Cauliflower Roti IngredientsStep 3: Take a mixer add boiled cauliflower and green chilli paste grind it well and prepare thick paste.

Step 4: Take a large bowl add wheat flour, some oil, salt as per taste, coriander powder and prepared cauliflower paste combine all ingredients to make dough.

Step 5: Adding some water to the dough in parts begins to knead the dough.

Step 6: Keep on kneading till the dough becomes pliable and soft

Step 7: Now make small to medium sized balls of the dough, roll the balls with the palms of your hands.

Cauliflower Roti RecipeStep 8: Flatten the ball sprinkle some whole wheat flour to the dough ball alternatively you can also dust rolling board with flour, and roll on the roti.

Step 9: Take a tava place the roti on a hot tava as soon the roti gets heated up you will see huge and sometime even large bubbles on the roti roast in both sides drain in a plate. Do this process till the dough is completed.

Step 10: Cauliflower roti is ready to serve. Enjoy the cauliflower roti recipe with tomato sauce.
