Procedure to Prepare
Curd with Brinjal Chutney Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash the brinjals and wipe them with cotton cloth and rick the
surface by using fork and brush some oil on outer surface of the brinjal and
cook directly on burner.
Step 2: Rotate them to cook remaining sides turn off the heat and let them cool for
few minutes.
Step 3: Peel them charred skin and transfer the cooked brinjal into a bowl it will
be very soft and it can easily mash them with your finger.
Step 4: Now take the fresh curd into a large bowl and blend it very well by adding
required amount of salt and add mashed brinjal mix it very well to spoon and
set aside.
Step 5: Heat oil in a vessel add chopped Green chilli, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Black gram,
Bengal gram, Curry leaves, Dry chili and Grated Coriander fry it in medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes then turn off the heat and add brinjal curd paste to it and mix
it very well together and transfer into a bowl.
Step 6: Try and enjoy the taste of this curd with brinjal chutney food recipe.
