Directions to
prepare Cucumber with Brinjal Chutney Food Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash the cucumber and brinjal well and dry them and pierce them
with fork and apply oil to the outer surface of the brinjal and cucumber and
directly place the brinjal and cucumber on the heat and cook them till they
become completely cooked it become smooth then remove them from heat discard
the charred black skin and set aside.
Step 2: Now mash the cooked brinjal and cucumber with your fingers and make a fine
paste and set aside
Step 3: Heat oil in
a pan add black gram and Bengal gram fry till it gets golden brown then
transfer the fried black gram and Bengal gram into a bowl and set aside in the
same pan add coriander and green chilli fry it till the raw aroma goes off then
switch off the flame and set aside and allow it to cool.
Step 4 : Take a mixer
and add fried Bengal gram, black gram, coriander, green chili, Garlic cloves, cumin seeds, tamarind pulp and add required amount
of the salt grind them very well and make a fine paste.
Step 5: Now take pan
pour oil and add Mustard seeds, dry chilli
and add few curry leaves fry it for 1 minute then add prepared brinjal and
cucumber paste mix them very well together finally add the prepared ingredients
paste and stir them well then turn off the heat.
Step 6: Try and serve
this tasty south Indian cucumber with brinjal chutney recipe along with hot
steamed rice.
