Procedure to prepare Chicken Sticks:
- Step 1: Firstly clean the chicken and wash it well and drain the water.
- Step 2: Now take a bowl and add lengthy chopped chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, Cinnamon powder, Cardamom powder, egg, add garam masala powder, and red chilli powder, salt to taste then marinate it for about 1 hour.
- Step 3: Take a frying pan and add oil, chopped green chilli, and coconut paste, poppy seeds paste cook it for about 5 minutes in medium flame.
- Step 4: Add marinate chicken and chopped coriander cook it for about 20 minutes in medium flame.
