- · Okra (lady finger) – ½ kg
- · Garam Masala powder – 2 tablespoons.
- · Maida – ½ cup
- · Gram flour – ½ cup
- · Salt to taste
- · Chilli powder to taste.
- · Oil as required.
- · Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
Procedure to prepare lady finger fry:
- Step 1: Firstly the clean the okra and cut lengthwise.
- Step 2: Now take a bowl and add chopped okra and garam masala powder, Maida, gram flour, salt, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste mix it well and marinate it for about 1 hour
- Step 3: Now take a frying pan pour some oil into the pan for deep fry. Heat the oil in medium flame
- Step 4: Now marinate okra drop in oil fry until it gets golden brown color.
- Step 5: Drain the okra in absorbent paper. Try and Serve this easy recipe.
