Procedure to prepare Spinach Cashew
Nuts and Drumstick Curry:
Step 1: Firstly
clean and chop the onions, green chilli and drumsticks in medium size.
Step 3: Take a bowl
pour warm water and add soya chunks then soak it for about 15 minutes squeeze soya
chunks and drain the excess water. Keep it aside.
Step 4: Now heat
oil and add chopped spinach fry it 10 minutes in medium flame then transfer the
fried spinach into a plate then set aside.
Step 5: In the same
pan add mustard, cumin, black gram, Bengal gram, dry chilli and few curry
leaves fry it for 1 minute.
Step 6: Add turmeric
powder, chopped onions and green chilli fry it until the golden brown color appears.
Then add ginger garlic paste sauté it till the raw aroma goes off.
Step 7: Then add
chopped drumsticks and fried spinach cook it 5 minutes and also add the soaked
soya chunks fry it 1minute.
Step 8: Add cashew
nuts paste fry it until the raw aroma of these ingredients goes off.
Step 9: Now add red
chili powder, chopped coriander and salt as per taste and fry it 2 seconds after
that add 2 cups of water cook it for 10 minutes till the drumstick is well
cooked and gravy become thick then heat off.
Step 10: Try and
serve this spicy and delicious spinach cashew nuts with Drumsticks curry along
cooked rice and roti.
