Instructions to Prepare Bottle Gourd Manchurian:

Bottle Gourd Manchurian IngredientsStep 1: Firstly peel and grate the bottle gourd and chop onions and green chilli set aside.

Step 2: Take a mixer add grated bottle gourd grind it well and prepare thick paste.

Step 3: Transfer bottle gourd paste into a bowl then add wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, cumin, Maida flour, pinch of baking soda, red chilli powder, add some water and salt as per taste mix it well and make small round balls with this paste.

Step 4: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the prepared bottle gourd balls into the hot oil fry it both sides until it gets golden color. 

Bottle Gourd Manchurian RecipeStep 5: Drain the fried bottle gourd balls into a plate and keep it aside.

Step 6: Take a pan pour oil; add chopped onions and green chili fry till it turns the golden brown color and add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chopped coriander and fried bottle gourd balls mix well and fry it for about 5 minutes in medium flame.

Step 7: After that switch off the heat.

Step 8: Bottle gourd Manchurian recipe is ready to serve.
