Ingredients:
- · Chopped Coriander – 3 cups.
- · Chopped tomato – 2 cups.
- · Tamarind pulp – 1/2 cup.
- · Green chilli – 4.
- · Garlic cloves – 5.
- · Cumin – 1/2 tablespoon.
- · Bengal gram – 1/2 tablespoon.
- · Mustard – 1/2 tablespoon.
- · Black gram – 1/2 tablespoon.
- · Oil as required.
- · Salt to taste.
Procedure to Prepare Coriander with Tomato
Chutney:
Firstly take frying pan pour oil add
green chili and chopped coriander fry it 5 minutes.
Secondly add chopped tomato fry it 15
minutes and add tamarind pulp, salt to taste mix all ingredients and fry it 10
minute in medium flame.
Now take a mixer add garlic, fried
coriander and tomato grind it well and prepare thick paste.
Finally seasoning the chutney take
another pan add oil, mustard, black gram,
cumin and Bengal gram fry it 3 minutes in medium flame and add the
coriander paste and blend it well.
Serve this coriander tomato chutney
with idli or dosa or vada.
