Ingredients:
- · Eggs – 4.
- · Cashew nuts – 50 grams.
- · Ghee – 150 grams.
- · Cardamom powder – 1 tablespoon.
- · Grated carrot – 1 cup.
- · Sugar – 50 grams.
- · Khoa – 50 grams.
Procedure to prepare Egg Barffi:
Step 1: Take a pan
pour ghee heat in 1 minute.
Step 2: Add cardamom
powder and cashew nuts fry it for 1 minute in medium flame.
Step 4: Now break
the eggs blend it well until the egg completely mix with the carrot then add
sugar mix well fry it 5 minutes in medium flame.
Step 5: Finally add khoa
mix well together all the ingredients fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame
after that switch off the flame transfer to a shallow plate.
Step 6: Allow it to cool then cut into squares and serve
