Procedure to Prepare Potato Cutlets:

Potato Cutlets IngredientsStep 1 : Firstly take vessel pour water add potatoes boiled it for about 15 minutes in medium flame then heat off drain the excess water potatoes and pour some water in boiled potatoes once it cool down then remove the peel and put in a bowl mash a bit and set aside.  Clean and Chop the onion and green chilli into small size. 

Step 2 : Take a bowl add chopped onions, green chilli, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, Bengal gram flour, red chilli powder and mashed potato, chopped coriander, baking soda and add salt as per taste. 

Potato Cutlets RecipeStep 3: Mix all these items well together and make it into dough by adding enough water. Now prepare round balls and press them with your hands like thin round shape cutlets do this process to the remaining dough.

Step 4: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and pour oil for deep frying drop the potato cutlets into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color.
