Procedure to Prepare Ridge Gourd Gravy Curry:

Ridge Gourd Gravy Curry IngredientsStep 1: Firstly peel the ridge gourds and chop in small size chunks set aside slit the green chilli.

Step 2: Take a pan pour oil; add mustard, cumin, turmeric powder, green chilli and few curry leaves fry it 1 minute in normal flame.

Ridge Gourd Gravy Curry RecipeStep 3: Add chopped ridge gourd chunks and cook it 10 minutes in medium flame.

Step 4: Now add tamarind pulp, red chilli powder, chopped coriander and salt as per taste mix very well sauté it 10 minutes in normal heat.

Step 5: After that switch off the flame. 
  
Step 6: Try and serve this recipe when it is hot along with cooked rice or chapatis.
