Step 2: Now take a mixer and add soaked and washed black gram and add 1 cup of
water mix it well and prepare thick paste.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add prepared black gram paste, chopped amaranth, chopped
onions, grated green chil6li, grated ginger, chopped coriander, cumin and salt as
per required blend it well then keep aside.
Step 4: Prepare into round gare, take a cover applying water to hand each time
make a hole in the centre of the gare.
Step 5: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the gare
into the hot oil until fry it both sides till it gets golden color.
Step 6: Serve this amaranth vada with spicy chicken curry or sambar or coriander
pickle.
