Procedure to Prepare Lady Finger
Pickle Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash
the lady finger and wipe off with an absorbent cloth and cut them into round
shape set aside.
Step 2: Take a pan
dry fry the
mustard for five minutes in low to medium flame and set aside in the same pan
roast the fenugreek seeds till the aroma goes off and change its colour set
aside.
Step 3: Take another pan pour oil add
chopped lady finger fry till it gets golden brown and transfer them into a bowl
keep aside.
Step 4: Now take a grinder add roasted
mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and also add slightly crushed garlic grind it
well and prepare a powder transfer it into a bowl and set aside.
Step 5: Take a clean large bowl add fried
lady finger/ okra cubes, red chilli powder, prepared powder, required quantity
of salt, lemon juice and pour oil then mix it very well together all these
ingredients.
Step 6: Store this pickle mixture in a clean
sterilized glass jar.
Step 7: Try and serve this Lady Finger (okra)
pickle recipe with steamed rice or curd rice or idly or dosa.
