Procedure to Prepare Tindora/Ivy Gourd
Curry:
Step 2: Take a mixer
add ginger, garlic, cumin, grated coconut, onions and green chilli then grind
it well to prepare thick and smooth paste.
Step 3: Take a pan
pour oil; add prepared paste fry it until the raw aroma of all ingredients goes
off.
Step 4: Now add
chopped ivy gourd/ tindora and salt as per taste cook it for about 15 minutes in
medium flame.
Step 5: Finally add
coriander powder sauté it for 5 minutes after that switch off the flame.
Step 6: Try this ivy
gourd recipe and serve along with cooked rice.
