Procedure to Prepare Coriander with Ginger Pickle:

Step 1: Firstly wash the coriander well and place the coriander stems into an absorbent paper then chop the coriander and set aside, now peel of the garlic pods and ginger piece and grate the ginger piece well and set aside. Wash the curry leaves and keep aside.

Coriander with Ginger Pickle IngredientsStep 2: Heat a pan add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds fry it in medium heat until good aroma of the ingredients rises then turn off the heat and allow it to cool. Once the mustard and fenugreeks become cool then pound them very well and make a fine powder and transfer the prepared powder into a bowl and set aside.\

Step 3: Take a vessel pour oil add black gram and Bengal gram fry it in medium heat and add grated ginger fry it for 1 minute then add garlic pods add curry leaves stir all ingredients together and cook it in normal flame for 5 minutes then switch off the flame transfer the friend mixture into a dry bowl and set aside.

Step 4: In the same vessel add chopped coriander fry it in medium flame till the raw aroma of the coriander goes off then switch off the flame and transfer this fried coriander into a bowl and keep aside.

Coriander with Ginger PickleStep 5:  Transfer the fried ingredients mixture and fried coriander into the ceramic bowl and add mustard and fenugreek seeds powder, red chilli powder and add required amount of salt as per taste and stir them very well together and finally add lemon juice to the prepared mixture and mix it very well then cover pickle jar with lid and keep it aside for 3days and every day morning evening stir the pickle with wooden spoon and close the lid do this for 3 days.
