Procedure to Prepare
Almond Sweet Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly take a bowl pour water add almonds and soak it for all overnight in
the early morning drain the water and wash it well then remove the skin from
the almon
ds and set aside in a dry bowl.
Step 2: Heat ghee in a pan add cashew nuts fry it for 3 to 4 minutes in medium
flame till the cashew nuts becomes roasted and turns golden brown switch off
the heat and set aside.
Step 3: Take a mixer add soaked almond, add sugar and add some milk grind it very well
together and prepare fine and thick paste then transfer the prepared paste into
a bowl and set aside.
Step 4: Take a vessel pour ghee and add prepared paste fry it for 2 minutes then add
cardamom powder and add roasted cashew nuts mix well everything together and
allow it to cook in medium for 10 to 15 minutes till the almond paste become
cooked and nice aroma rices.
Step 5: Grease a bit of ghee on a plate
add them cooked almond paste and allow it to cool for few minutes then cut it
required shape pieces then store the prepared almond sweet in an airtight glass
container and preserve it for one week.
Step 6: Try and serve this almond sweet recipe.
