Directions to Prepare Rice Roti Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash the onion and green chilli and chop them into small size and set aside in a plate.

Rice Roti Recipe IngredientsStep 2: Take a large bowl add boiled rice mash a bit and add wheat flour and add two tablespoons of oil mix well it very well everything together.

Step 3: In the same bowl add chopped onion, green chilli, grated coriander, ginger garlic paste, minced mint and add required quantity of salt mix it very well together

Step 4: Add some water to the dough in parts, begin to knead the dough continue to knead the dough Keep on kneading till the dough becomes pliable and soft

Step 5: Now make small to medium sized balls of the dough, roll the balls with palms of your hands.

Step 6:  Flatten the ball sprinkle some whole wheat flour to the dough ball alternatively and you can also dust rolling board with some flour.

Step 7: Take a tawa and grease some oil to the tawa and heat it for one minute then place the prepared roti on a hot tawa as soon as the roti gets heated up you will see huge and sometimes even large bubbles on the roti and roast it in both sides then transfer the prepared rotti into a serving plate.
