Procedure to Prepare Paneer Dosa Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion, green chilli and paneer into very small size and set aside in a plate..

Paneer Dosa Recipe IngredientsStep 2: Wash and soak urad dal and rice in water and also soak the fenugreek seeds separately in another bowl all over the night and in the early morning drain the water and wash it for one time and drain the excess water in it and set aside.

Step 3: Take a mixer add soaked urad dal, rice and add soaked fenugreek seeds grind it very well together and make a thick and smooth batter by adding little amount of water then remove the prepared batter into a bowl and add required amount of salt to the batter and mix them very well together till the salt completely melts in the batter then set aside for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Take a vessel pour oil heat it for 5 seconds then add chopped onion and green chili fry it well till it turns into golden brown

Step 5: In the same pan add coriander powder, garam masala powder, chopped paneer, add red chilli powder and add required amount of salt as per taste and mix it very well together and cook it in medium heat

Paneer Dosa RecipeStep 6: Now add curd mix well and cook it for about 5 minutes till curry becomes thick and you see specks of oil on the top then turn off the heat and set aside.

Step 7 : Heat a nonstick pan for 1 minute then rub it with a drop of  oil now pour prepared batter apply around shape pour oil around dose flip and fry it for both sides.

Step 8 : Dose edges starts browning and dose is cooked now add 2 spoons of paneer curry on top of the dosa and fold the dosa fry it both sides for another 5 seconds then transfer the prepared dosa into a serving plate and set aside.
