Procedure to Prepare Fish Fry with Maida Flour Recipe:

Fish Fry with Maida Flour Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly clean and wash the fish pieces with rock salt water and drain the water set aside in a plate. Wash the onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander well and chop them into small size and set aside.

Step 3: Take a bowl break the egg and add maida blend it very well and add prepared paste, pinch of turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and required quantity of salt mix well everything together and drop the fish pieces in the mixture and marinate it for about 30 minutes. 

Step 4: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the marinated fish pieces into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color.

Step 5: Remove them to plate and allow it to cool then pour lemon juice garnish with coriander.

Procedure to Prepare Egg Stew or Egg Pulusu Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion, green chilli and tomato in

to small size and set aside in a plate.

Step 2: Take a vessel pour water drop the eggs and boil it for 15 minutes in medium flame then switch off the flame and allow it to cool, when the eggs becomes warm or cool down then crack the shell and discard them.

Step 4: In the same pan add chopped onions and green chili fry it well till it turns into golden brown then add chopped tomato pieces mix well and fry it for about 5 minutes.

Step 5: Now add fired eggs and add red chili powder, add coriander powder and add required amount of salt to taste and mix it very well and cook it for about 2 minutes.

Step 6: Pour them water cook it for 1 minute add tamarind pulp finally add chopped coriander mix well close it with the lid and reduce heat till the rawness of the tamarind disappears and bring to boil until the stew is thickens then turn off the heat.

Paneer Butter Masala Curry Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and soak the cashew nuts in water for 30 minutes then take mixer add soaked cashew nuts and pour very little amount of water grind it very well and prepare smooth paste then transfer the prepared paste into a bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Wash the ginger, green chilli and tomato well and remove the ginger skin and chop them into medium size pieces and set aside. Take a mixer add ginger, garlic cloves and add chopped tomato and grind it very well and prepare fine and smooth paste then transfer the paste into a bowl and set aside.
