Cluster Beans Curry
Ingredients:
    Cluster Beans Curry Ingredients
  • ·         Chopped Cluster beans – 3 cups
  • ·         Chopped Onion – 2 cups
  • ·         Chopped Green chilli – 3 tablespoons
  • ·         Chopped Ginger – 4 tablespoons
  • ·         Chopped Garlic – 4 tablespoons
  • ·         Cumin seeds – ½ tablespoon
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Red chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
  • ·         Oil required  
  • ·         Chopped Coriander – 3 tablespoons
  • ·         Water – 1 cup
Procedure to prepare Ginger with cluster beans:
  • Step 1: Firstly take a pan add chopped cluster beans, Salt and water boil it for about 15 minutes.

  • Step 2: Take a mixer and chopped Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin seeds add all these ingredients and prepares thick paste.
  • Step 3: Take pan and pour oil, Onion paste and cook it 10 minutes in medium flame until the onion raw aroma goes off.
  • Step 4: Now add chopped and boiled cluster beans and add red chilli powder as per taste cook it 5 minutes.
  • Step 5: Add chopped coriander and one cup water sauté it for about 10 minutes in medium flame until the oil separates out of the curry.
  • Step 6: Now heat off and serve this cluster beans curry recipe with rice and roti.
