- · Chopped Methi leaves – 1 cup
- · Wheat flour – 3 cups
- · Salt to taste.
- · Water as required
- · Chopped Green chili – 2 tablespoons.
- · Ginger paste – ¾ tablespoon
- · Chopped coriander – ¼ cup.
- · Ghee as needed.
Procedure
to prepare Masala Roti:
- Step1: Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, ginger paste, methi leaves, coriander leaves and green chilies mix it well.
- Step2: Pour some water in it and knead it into smooth soft dough and rest it for about 20 minutes.
- Step3: Make the dough in equal lemon size balls
- Step4: Roll out into round shapes using little wheat flour for dusting do this process until complete the dough.
- Step5: Heat the skillet and place the rolled roti on it. Let cook it for some minutes.
- Step6: Flip the roti and spread some ghee. In two sides and cook it until the brown spots appears on the roti
- Step7: Now serve this roti/ parathas with potato curry or paneer curry.
