Cabbage Fried Rice


Ingredients:
    Cabbage Fried Rice Ingredients
  • ·         Chopped  Cabbage – 1 cup.
  • ·         Green chilli – 2.  
  • ·         Onion – 1. 
  • ·         Green peas –  1/2 cup.
  • ·         Chopped Mint – 1/2 cup.
  • ·         Garam masala  – 1 tablespoon.
  • ·         Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon.
  • ·         Chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon.
  • ·         Cumin powder – 1 tablespoon.
  • ·         Rice – 2 cups.
  • ·         Chopped Coriander – 1/2 cup.
  • ·         Salt to taste.
  • ·         water as needed.  
  • ·         Oil as required.
Procedure to Prepare Cabbage Fried Rice:

Step 1: Firstly clean and chop green chili and also slice the onion.

Step 2: Take a bowl pour water, add green peas and chopped cabbage boil it for about 20 minutes.

Step 3: Meanwhile take a cooker pour water add rice and cover the cooker pan with the lid cook it for 3 whistles then heat off keep it aside until the pressure goes off.

Step 4: Take a frying pan pour oil add sliced onions, lengthy chopped green chillies and mint leaves fry it 4 minutes in medium heat.

Cabbage Fried Rice RecipeStep 5: Add boiled green peas, cabbage and salt as required mix well cook it high flame in 10 minutes.

Step 6: Add chili sauce, soya sauce, cumin powder add garam masala fry it 1 minute in normal flame.

Step 7: Now add boiled rice and chopped coriander sauté it for about 15 minutes in medium flame after that heat off.

Step 8: Try and serve this cabbage fried rice recipe as a breakfast or dinner.
