Ingredients:
- · Bitter gourd – ½ kg
- · Coriander – 50 grams
- · Ground nuts – 50 grams
- · Dry chilli – 5
- · Curd as required
- · Bengal gram – 20 grams
- · Salt to taste
- · Oil as required
- · Water as needed
Procedure to Prepare Stuffed Bitter Gourd
Curry:
Step 1: Firstly wash
and make one bitter gourd into two parts in round shape and remove the seeds
using knife.
Step 2: Take a bowl add water, curd, chopped bitter
gourd pieces and salt as per taste cook it for about 15 minutes in medium
flame.
Step 3: Fry the
coriander, Bengal gram, dry chilli and ground nuts fry it till the aroma goes
off and change color to golden brown then transfer them into a bowl and set aside.
Step 4: Take a mixer
add fried ingredients mix it very well and prepare a smooth paste. Transfer it
into a cleaned bowl.
Step 5: Now stuff
the prepared paste in the boiled bitter gourd and keep them aside.
Step 6: Take a frying
pan pour oil add stuffed bitter gourd and flip and fry the both sides till it
gets golden color and bitter gourd piece become smooth then transfer it into a
serving bowl garnish it with chopped fresh coriander.
Step 7: Try and serve
this healthy recipe along with steamed rice.
