Procedure to prepare Papaya Mustard
Curry:
Step 1: Firstly slit
the green chilli and set aside.
Step 2: Take a mixer
add roasted mustard seeds grind it well and prepare thick paste to add some
water.
Step 3: Take a
vessel pour water add turmeric powder and chopped papaya chunks boil it for
about 15 minutes the papaya chunks become soft and drain the excess water then
set aside.
Step 4: Heat a pan
add oil, pinch of asafoetida, few curry leaves, dry chili and green chili fry
it for 1 minute in low to medium flame.
Step 5: Add boiled
papaya and required quantity of salt close the pan with a lid.
Step 6: After that
add prepared paste mix well cook it 5 minutes till the raw aroma goes off.
Step 7: Now add
water and tamarind pulp cook it for about 10 minutes till the oil separates out
off the curry.
Step 8: Serve this
