Step 1: Firstly slit the green chillies and set it aside.
Step 2: Take a pan pour oil add chopped onions and green chilli fry it till it
turns the golden brown color.
Step 3: Now add grated carrot, cabbage and coconut fry it for 5 minutes in normal
flame.
Step 4: After that add red chilli powder and salt as per taste then cook it the aroma
goes off.
Step 5: Finally add chopped coriander and water fry it for 10 minutes in medium
flame after that heat off.
Step 6: Try and serve Cabbage with Carrot Curry. This is a simple and healthy
recipe serve it along with chapati.
