Ingredients:
- · Boiled rice – 2 cups
- · Sesame seeds/Gingili seeds – 1/2 cup
- · Dry chili – 4
- · Cashew nuts – 10
- · Black gram – 1/2 tablespoon
- · Bengal gram – 1/2 tablespoon
- · Coriander – 1/2 cup
- · Salt to taste
- · Oil as required
Procedure to Prepare Gingili Rice:
Step 1: Firstly take
a pan add gingili fry it 3 minutes in medium flame until the gingili aroma
rises then heat off.
Step 2: Take a mixer
add fried gingili grind it well and make a smooth powder.
Step 3: Take a pan pour
oil, add cashew nuts and add prepared gingili powder fry it for 5 seconds and
add red gram, black gram fry it 5 seconds in medium flame and add dry chilli
fry it for 2 seconds.
Step 4: Now add the
cooked rice and add salt as per taste mix and fry it well for 5 minutes in
medium flame.
Step5: Now try and
serve this delicious easy gingili rice.
