Way to Prepare
Special Chicken Curry:
Step 1: Firstly clean and wash chicken drain the excess water and take a bowl add washed
chicken, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder and salt as per taste mix
it very well and marinate it for about 1 hour.
Step 2: Peel the potatoes and cut them into small size pieces and also chop the onions
and green chilli set aside.
Step 3: Take a mixer add ginger piece, garlic cloves and chopped onions mix it well
and prepare smooth paste transfer it into a bowl set aside.
Step 4: Take a vessel pore oil; add chopped potatoes fry till it turns the golden
brown color transfer into a cleaned bowl and keep aside.
Step 5: In the same vessel add bay leaf fry it 2 seconds and add prepared paste fry
until the raw aroma goes off.
Step 6: Add tomato sauce mix in between for every 1 or 3 minutes.
Step 7: Then add marinated chicken cook covered in medium heat close it with a lid
sauté it for 15 minutes.
Step 8: Now add fried potatoes and red chili powder cook it 2 minutes.
Step 9: Finally add chopped coriander and 3 cups of water mix well cook it till
the oil separates out off the curry when it is done turn off the flame.
Step 10: Serve this recipe with steamed rice or fried rice or paratha.
