Procedure to Prepare Grams Papad:
Step 1: Firstly soak
the Bengal gram, urad dal, moong dal and red gram soak it for about 3 hours.
After that drain the excess water.
Step 2: Chop the onion,
green chilli and ginger into small size set aside.
Step 3: Take a mixer
add soaked Bengal gram, urad dal, moong dal and red gram grind these
ingredients together and prepare a thick and smooth paste and add some water.
Step 4: Take a large
clean bowl add prepared paste, grated coconut, chopped green chilli, ginger,
onion, curry leaves and salt to taste.
Step 5: Mix all these
items well and make it into a smooth paste prepare round balls and make a small hole in center of the prepared balls and slightly press the balls with fingers like garelu.
Step 6: Take a heavy bottomed vessel pour oil for deep frying drop the gram papad
into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color. Drain the papads
into absorbent paper. Serve this gram papads recipe along with tomato ketchup.
