Directions to Prepare Bengal Gram Dosa:

Step 1: Firstly wash onion and green chilli very well and chop them into small size and set aside. Sieve the Bengal gram flour and get the fine and smooth powder then transfer the sieved powder into a bowl and set aside.

Bengal Gram Dosa IngredientsStep 2: Take a large bowl add Bengal gram flour, chopped onion and green chilli then pour water little by little and mix it very together well and make a thick and smooth batter.

Step 3: In the same bowl add required quantity of salt mix very well everything together and leave it aside for 1 hour.

Step 4 :Heat a nonstick pan for 1 minute then rub it with a drop of oil now pour prepared batter apply around shape pour oil around the dosa and also add oil in top of the dose flip and fry the dosa both sides then transfer the dosa into a plate do this for remaining batter.
