Procedure to Prepare Egg Bajji Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash and chop the onions, green chilli and spring onions into small size and set aside.

Egg Bajji Recipe IngredientsStep 2 : Take a vessel pour water drop the eggs boil it for about 20 minutes then switch off the flame and allow it to cool when the eggs becomes warm or cool down crack the shell and discard them separate the egg yellow from the egg and chop into medium size pieces.

Step 3 : Take large bowl add red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, add turmeric powder, add corn flour, add garam masala, add Maida and add required amount of salt as per taste and break the egg mix very well everything together and prepare thick paste then drop the chopped egg pieces in the batter and set side.

Step 4: Heat oil in a vessel add prepared egg pieces and fry it well till it gets golden brown then remove it to a plate and set aside.

Step 5 : Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and green chili fry it well for few seconds till it gets light golden brown then add chopped spring onions mix well fry it in medium heat add garam masala.

Step 6: Now add them soya sauce and chili sauce mix well fry it for another 1 minute.

Step 7: Finally add fried egg pieces and add grated coriander mix well fry it for 1 minute in medium heat after that turn off the heat.
