Way to Make Dates Fruit Ladoos
Recipe:
Step 1:
Firstly take the dates and discard seeds from the dates and chop them into
medium size and set aside in a bowl. Take a mixer add chopped dates and grind
it very well and prepare a fine and smooth paste then transfer the prepared
paste into a bowl and keep aside.
Step 2:
Take a pan add cashew nuts, ground nuts, gingili or sesame seeds and almond dry
roast them for 4 minutes in medium flame till they become roast and change its
color then switch off the flame and transfer the roasted ingredients into a
wide plate and allow it to cool.
Step 3: Take
a mixer add roasted cashew nuts, ground nuts, gingili or sesame seeds and add
almonds grind it very well and transfer
the prepared powder into a bowl and set aside. Now take another mixer jar and
add prepared dates paste and prepared dry fruits powder blend them for 1 time then
transfer it to a dry bowl and keep aside.
Step 4:
Now add some lukewarm ghee to the prepared paste and mix them very well and
make then small round balls by greasing with some ghee.
Step 5: Try

preserve this for 5 to 6 days.
