Mushroom Kebabs


Procedure to Prepare Mushroom Kebabs:

Step 1: Firstly clean and wash mushrooms. Take vessel pour water and add mushrooms boil it for 15 minutes then drain the water completely and set aside.  Chop the onions and green chili set aside.

Mushroom Kebabs IngredientsStep 2: Take another vessel pour water add potatoes boil it for about 15 minutes and drain the excess water in potatoes and allow it to cool. Once it cool down then remove the peel mash a bit keep aside.

Step 3: Take a pan pour oil  add chopped onions, green chilli and ginger garlic paste fry it until the raw aroma goes off then turn off heat and cool it.

Step 4: Now take another pan add mushrooms and required quantity of salt well mix and allow to fry it for 10 minutes in medium flame after that heat off.

Step 5: After that take a mixer add fried mushrooms and fried onions stuff then grind it well and prepare a thick paste.

Mushroom Kebabs RecipeStep 6: Take a large bowl add mashed potato, prepared paste, grated paneer, garam masala and cumin seeds powder mix it very well prepare into bite size pieces with that mixture.

Step 7: Now take a tawa pour oil add prepared bites fry it both sides till it gets golden color.

Step 8: Make all remaining mushroom bites in the same way.    

Step 9: Transfer fried mushroom kebabs into a plate and serve with tomato sauce.
